zipWithIndex() function

Returns Iterable/AsyncIterable including an index to the existing Iterable/AsyncIterable value.

Signature:

Example

const iter = zipWithIndex(["a", "b", "c", "d"]);
iter.next() // {done:false, value: [0, "a"]}
